Discover, experience and enjoy dishes made to traditional recipes such as Krautsuppe (white cabbage soup), Schwårzplentan Ribl mit Apfelmuas (apple doughnuts made with buckwheat flour), Bluitnudel (blood noodles), Graukassuppe (grey cheese soup), Ziachkråpfn, Kirschtakråpfn, Puffa, Tirschtlan (various kinds of fritters), Schnollsuppe, Årbassuppe (vegetable soups) and many more besides!

Here are a few suggestions that are worth a try:
- "From grain to flour" – mills tour: Of the 7 water mills that are still in working order in Terento nowadays, some are over 500 years old. Listen to the splashing of the water wheels and let the millers from Terento show you how the heavy millstones grind the grain into flour!
- Visit of the farmsteads: ... mooing with the cows! Farmers let you have a look at their farms and an insight into their lives!
- Exhibition of traditional farming implements such as wooden wheelbarrows, winnowing wheels and “Bussalknietl”! Take a trip down memory lane!
- Guided hikes: Discover Terento on foot! Join a guided hike to the mountain dairies, to the “Pirchner Moos” biotope, along the scenic path, to the “Hexenstein” (witches' stone) and “Teufelstein” (devil's stone), to the mills, to the biogas plant, to the “Asensäge” demonstration sawmill ...
- Hikes to the farms
