A hearty welcome to the Gastronomic Week in Terento at Plan de Corones!

Discover, experience and enjoy dishes made according to traditional recipes such as Krautsuppe (white cabbage soup), Schwårzplentan Ribl mit Apfelmuas (apple doughnuts made with buckwheat flour), Bluitnudel (blood noodles), Graukassuppe (grey cheese soup), Ziachkråpfn, Kirschtakråpfn, Puffa, Tirschtlan (various kinds of fritters), Schnollsuppe, Årbassuppe (vegetable soups) and much more!

	Exhibition of historic farming tools in the town hall of Terento FRI/SAT/SUN 10 a.m. – 4 p.m
	Presentation of traditional rural handcrafts binding brooms, spinning, knitting, making rakes, thinning, whetting, ploughing, turning – in the town hall of Terento FRI/SAT/SUN 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
	Farm hike with small snack SAT 15/10 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Visit to the farms Oberleitner, Mair am Graben and Alpegger. The farm hike includes a small afternoon snack.Fee 5.00 € per person, children up tol 10 years are free; information & registration at the Tourism Office: +39 0472 546140

	Visit to the mills… from grain to bread in the old corn mills DAILY 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
	Baking bread at different farms... baking bread in traditional farm ovens together with the farmers' wife SAT 15/10 at (Tötscherhof) SUN 16/10 at (Falkenhof) SAT 22/10 at (Falkenhof) SUN 23/10 at (Tötscherhof)
	Visit to the sawmill in Marga in operation SUN 16/10 and SUN 23/10 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. Possibility of visiting the sawmill and the St. Margareth Church in Marga dating back to the 13th century..
	Farm specialities cooking course with chef Johannes Engl FRI 21/10 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. in Terento town hall Cooking a menu with traditional dishes and dinner together afterwards.
